GWI are providing project management and consulting services to a school in the local area. The work entails the construction of additional learning facilities for the children and includes new class rooms and ablutions facilities.

Ntuzuma Project |

GWI Project Managers have signed a contract with the National Department of Tourism to implement a project in Ntuzuma.
This is a second phase of the project and it will focus on commercializing the Arts and Craft Centre in Ntuzuma that had been constructed by GWI in a previous phase of the project. This project is being implemented in partnership with the Ethekwini Municipality. |

Residential Estate Development |

GWI have teamed up with a construction company to finalize the infrastructure at a residential estate development west of Durban.
The Director of GWi has announced that this project provides the company an opportunity to expand its portifolio into the residential market and they are considering investing further into this market. |

Songimvelo Nature Reserve Project |

Progress with the project at Songimvelo Nature Reserve, a nature reserve in the east of Mpumalanga and bordering the Swaziland border is going well.
The project includes the maintenance of 11km of gravel track from the entrance gate to the lodge site. The lodge site, situated on the banks of the Komati River with spectacular views of the natural bush and roaming game, includes a 20 bed guest accommodation, a central lodge with recreational facilities and accommodation for staff to operate the lodge.
The project is schedule for completion by March 2012. |
